New owners at Blomstermåla

In addition to Katrin Axelsson, the new team behind the venture includes her partner Per Edwall, experienced head chef Christopher Sanderson, and restaurant manager Axel Ardfelt.

“We want to be a gathering place and an oasis by the sea for everyone from lunch and dinner guests to partygoers. We will continue to invest in developing our venue so that it remains the go-to choice for wedding receptions, birthday parties, and corporate events. We will also be hosting live bands and various artists,” says Axel Ardfelt.

New menu

The new menu features classic flavors, but with a playful twist. It showcases seasonal ingredients in perfect harmony, with a touch of originality. The menu changes every five weeks to offer guests new culinary experiences and present the kitchen with fresh challenges.

In our pantry

Särö Blomstermåla at the junction of Bohuslän and Halland. We embrace these contrasts in our own unique way, but always with a focus on the quality of our ingredients. In Halland, the sea meets the rivers, fertile farmland meets deep forests, while our take on Bohuslän features salt-kissed fish and shellfish. We work closely with local suppliers and use seasonal ingredients.
