New owners at Blomstermåla
In addition to Katrin Axelsson, the new team behind the venture includes her husband Per Edwall, experienced chef Christopher Sanderson and restaurant manager Axel Ardfelt.In addition to a refreshed premises, guests will be introduced to a new menu."We want to be a watering hole and oasis by the sea for everything from lunch and dinner guests to party enthusiasts. We will continue to invest in developing our premises to remain an obvious choice for wedding parties, birthday parties and corporate events. We will also be visited by live bands and various artists," says Axel Ardfelt.
In our pantry
Särö and Blomstermåla are located at the intersection of Bohuslän and Halland. We approach these contrasts in our own way, but always with the quality of the raw material in focus. In Halland, seas and rivers, fertile farmland and deep forests meet where Bohuslän in our version stands for salty fish and shellfish. We work a lot with local suppliers. We work with raw materials in season.
