Every wedding is based on its own unique love story. We want to help you celebrate your love here at Blomstermåla. With us you are in safe hands. Over the years, we have built up a large and skilled network of contacts with everything from florists to musicians and photographers.

Just 15 minutes from the center of Gothenburg is a world of its own. Our beautiful Blomstermåla has its own jetty and a party venue that is located over the water. How about a wedding on the pier or in beautiful Särö Church? Come by boat to the jetty and have your first toast together with your guests right by the sea.

Preparty the day before

A seafood feast, a classic barbeque or a brunch? Extend your big day with a feast the day before and brunch the day after. Getting together for a simple dinner the day before the wedding is a nice way to gather the guests and inform them about tomorrow's arrangements. It's also a perfect opportunity to make some more informal speeches, to relieve the pressure of speaking during the wedding itself.

The big day

At Blomstermåla we have the experience to help you through your big day. With a network of photographers, florists, the best DJ, live bands! Everything you can think of. We can recommend beautiful places around here to be photographed or why not come by boat to the pier where your guests are waiting with a glass of Champagne?

It is important to plan ahead, especially if you want a larger wedding.

Brunch and boat trip the next day

Brunch - A sumptuous brunch the day after the wedding is a must! This is where both the bride and groom and their guests land after yesterday's emotional journey. A perfect opportunity to open packages and look out over the circle of friends who have suddenly formed new lifelong friendships? Why not finish with a refreshing boat trip out into the archipelago?

Classic Toast Skagen on rye bread. Hand peeled shrimps, mayonnaise, red onion, dill, chives, pickled red onion & lemon

Asian Toast Skagen with fried rice chips, pickled chili and scallions

Crpaccio of sirloin steak, arugula, toasted pine nuts, parmesan cream, grilled lemon and grated parmesan

Hot dishes

Oven-baked cod loin with Sandefjord sauce flavored with 3 kinds of roe, Trout, Lumpfish & Löjrom. To this is served seasonal primers & potato puree

Grilled fillet of beef with beef gravy, sprinkled with chimichurri, seasonal primers and pommes Anna

Desert

Chocolate mousse with candied almonds, salted caramel sauce & raspberries

Cancellation policy for the dinner arrangement.
Free of charge until 4 weeks before arrival.
If canceled 4 weeks before arrival, 25% of the value of the order will be charged, 3 weeks before arrival 50% will be charged,
2 weeks before 75% and 1 week before 100% of the value of the order.

The booking fee paid will be deducted from the final bill.

You choose from a large selection of starters, main meals and desserts prepared in the restaurant and served to your party. Of course, we make sure that there is something for everyone, regardless of lactose intolerance, gluten allergy or special diet for other reasons. Just don't forget to let us know about special diets in good time!

In addition, the price includes the loan of our classic West Coast-inspired decor, washing of used textiles, dishwashing, cleaning and the like. Please contact us and we will tell you in detail everything that is included before you book.
