End-of-school-year lunch. Today’s catch, baked in herbs, cauliflower crudités, shrimp, Sandefjord sauce flavored with chives, red onion, and roe, mashed potatoes. Alternatively, meatballs with cream sauce, pickled cucumber, lingonberry jam, and potato purée
