- Classic Toast Skagenon rye bread – hand-peeled shrimp, mayonnaise, red onion, dill, chives, pickled red onion, and lemon
- Asian Toast Skagenwith deep-fried rice chips, pickled chili, and green onions
- Sirloin carpaccio with arugula, toasted pine nuts, Parmesan cream, grilled lemon, and grated Parmesan

- Oven-baked cod filletwith Sandefjord sauce flavored with three types of roe—trout, catfish, and bleak roe. Seasonal vegetables and potato purée

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to arrival. 4 weeks prior: 25%, 3 weeks: 50%, 2 weeks: 75%, 1 week: 100% of the order value. Changes to the number of guests can be made up to five days prior to arrival.
